1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using elevideo ("Service"), operated by Techguyver Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Payment Terms

elevideo uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when renders are processed. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to videos you upload and render through the Service. elevideo does not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, templates, and branding, is owned by Techguyver Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime or SLA. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techguyver Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination for Terms violations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
